Location

We are located in front of the Collegiate Church and right next to the Tourist Office on Temple Square. When you arrive outside the old town, you will see the two cloisters of the Collegiate Church, we are in front of the main door of the church. You can park at the parking of the Champ de Mars at the entrance to the old town, the intramural access being reserved for residents.

We advise you to book in advance, especially during the peak season. It is much cheaper to book a shared transfer as private transfer can be as much as €260.

Local bus transfers between the villages is free with your ski pass for bus timtables outside the lift opening times, www.autocars-resalp.com

Please also ask at the Tourist Office for a carte d’hote which gives you free transport in Briancon.

Easy Access to Briancon and Serre Chevalier

Briancon is one of the most accessible resorts in the Hautes-Alpes.

Contact our local transfer companies who can arrange transfers from the major rail hubs at Grenoble and Oulx (Italy) and airports at Grenoble, Turin, Marseille, Lyon, Geneva or Milan.

We are situated just opposite the Collegiale and next door to the tourist office in the Place du Temple. When you arrive outside the old town – look for the large church (Collegiale) and we are just opposite the main doors of the church.

Travelling by Rail

Let the train take the strain.  With Eurostar high speed link complete, journey times from London to Grenoble have been slashed to 6.25 hours.  Brussels to Grenoble can take as little as 5 hours, Amsterdam from 5.5 hours and Frankfurt in under 8 hours.

Parking

Parking is limited within the city walls due to its UNESCO status. However there is a huge car park (PARKING CHAMP DE MARS) just outside the city gates and a 5 minute walk from the Temple. However, please do not be tempted to park in the old town. They will ticket you!

Parking is payable between 9.00am and 7.00pm (free between 12.30pm and 2.00pm) but a weekly ticket can be bought at the car park.
